Guide Platform Users

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by nagawon ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Nagawon Platform. Continued use after any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the nagawon platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions or prohibition on online gambling platforms in your area of residence.
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Have never had a nagawon account previously terminated due to a terms violation.

Nagawon reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify your account information. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts using different information, different devices, or VPN connections is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

03Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your Nagawon account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.
• Notify the Nagawon support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Nagawon will not be liable for any financial losses or damages suffered as a result of your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

Nagawon supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment options.

• Minimum deposit is subject to the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Withdrawal will be processed within the set timeframe depending on the selected method. nagawon aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use an account or payment method registered under the same name as your nagawon account.
• Nagawon does not accept transfers from third parties. Any deposit from an unrecognised source may be rejected and returned.

Before the first withdrawal is approved, nagawon reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money laundering procedures and platform security. This process is an industry standard and is designed to protect all members.

05Bonus & Promotions

Nagawon offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• All bonuses have wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time and making their first deposit.
• Nagawon reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses where there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the promotions system.
• A member may not claim more than one welcome bonus, even if registering with different details.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Nagawon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Nagawon's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

06Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the nagawon platform are subject to the respective game rules stated in the relevant game section. In general, the following rules apply to all types of wagers:

• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in specific technical situations as determined by nagawon.
• In the event of a technical error during wagering, nagawon reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the funds to the member's account.
• Nagawon reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and will be displayed within the game interface.

For Sports Betting, the official results recognised by the relevant sporting body will be used to determine betting outcomes. If an event is cancelled or postponed, specific rules will apply in accordance with nagawon's policy for that event type.

07User Conduct

You agree to use the Nagawon Platform responsibly and will not engage in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to exploit the Nagawon system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Spreading false information, harassing, or threatening other users or Nagawon staff.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or conducting any penetration testing without written authorisation.

08Privacy & Personal Data

Nagawon takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering a Nagawon account, you agree that Nagawon may:

• Collecting and processing your personal data for identity verification, transaction processing, and legal compliance purposes.
• Sharing your data with relevant authorities where required by law or court order.
• Using your anonymised usage data for platform improvement and internal analytics purposes.

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact our support team to submit a data privacy request.

09Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, nagawon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or investment decisions made based on information on the Platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond Nagawon's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Data loss due to internet disruption or device issues on the user's end.

The nagawon platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, we do not provide an absolute guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.

10Account Termination

Nagawon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary termination request by the member themselves.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, nagawon reserves the right to hold any funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If fraud or a serious violation is proven, the funds may be fully forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Nagawon support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements have been met.

11Governing Law

This Agreement is interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and nagawon.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules.

You agree that any claim against Nagawon must be submitted within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will be rejected.
